Indonesia have a lot type of food from each city, some of them are spicy, sweet, sour and many other taste. today i'm going to talk about some of the famous chicken dishes in Indonesia.
So here are my TOP 3 OF INDONESIAN CHICKEN DISHES:
1. Ayam Goreng Kremes (Crunchy Fried Chicken)
Its looks different if you compare to KFC fried chicken. its taste more salty and it have the "Kremes" (Crunch from the Seasoning) that taste so good. usually we eat the fried chicken together with white rice, Tahu (toufu) and Chilli. You can find this kind of chicken in any part of Indonesia.
2. Sate Ayam ( Chicken Satay)
Chicken satay/ Sate Ayam is some kind of BBQ chicken that eat with peanut sauce and rice. the taste of the satay is salty and sweet. it's cook by using charcoal fire. For this dishes you can find any where in Indonesia also but different city may have difference type of sauce, some more sweet, more spicy or more salty.
3. Bubur Ayam (Chicken Porridge)
This dishes also have many kind of type all over indonesia. but the most common one is using celery, peanut, and soy sauce. some people add sweet sauce to their porridge as well but i prefer to not put it. there's also a different kind of porridge that using yellowish sauce, i didnt know what that call, even in indonesian language i call it Yellow Sauce (saus kuning). One of the best porridge that i eat is in Sukabumi, Java.
